I called to schedule new appt for my children and was told they didn't except their insurance. But it clearly says they should on the Medicaid website. Who ever answered the phone didn't even want to talk to me after I told them I had care source insurance.
Staff was very rude. Called to set an appointment for my child and me. As I was telling them my insurance has them as my provider, the desk gave me a straight NO and instantly hung up.
Front girl is super nice and professional (she was really busy, but still managed to provide great customer service) , the assistant was amazing and made me feel comfortable as I was really nervous. Would definatly refer any of my friends and family to this office, Dr. Robert Nelson was wonderful and comforting as well. Top notch service with a smile.
